Reach the highest possible standards through best possible teaching.
Provide a Christian ethos that values every child and their religious and cultural background.
Respect every child, regardless of race, gender or need and develop their self -esteem.
Teach children to act responsibly, respect others and their environment.
Provide a secure working environment.
Encourage children to be able to seek help and support at school when needed
Inform parents of the children's progress at regular meetings and provide one written report a year.
Communicate frequently with parents
Set regular home learning.

Ensure their child attends school regularly and on time (in playground by 8.55am) ready and fit for work
Ensure that all holidays are taken during the school holidays and not in term time
Inform the school promptly if their child is absent.
Ensure their child is picked up promptly at 3.30pm (or 4.30pm if they are attending an after school club)
Ensure their child wears FULL school uniform at all times
Support the school's behaviour policy, and respect all people on the school premises regardless of race, gender or need.
Attend parents' evenings, open evenings and discussions about their child's progress.
Read all communication sent home
Support their child with daily reading and weekly and termly homework.
Inform the school of any concerns that might affect their child's learning.
Follow the school's complaints procedure if there is a problem.
