St Paul's Play Project is an after-school care service which caters for children from Reception to Year 6. Each session starts at 3:30pm when the children are collected from their classrooms at the end of the day.
SPPP runs until 6pm making it a very helpful service for parents who are working, studying or those who want their child to have a safe place to play with friends after school.
Each evening a wide range of activities - both inside and outside- are offered such as craft, art, cooking, games, physical activity or role play. The children also receive a light teatime meal which they often help to prepare as a team. Children can read and complete their home learning activities at Play Project.
Places can be booked in advance for a charge of £12.50 for the first child and £6.25 for any other siblings per day (£10.50 for first child and £5.25 for any other siblings, concession places are available on request for parents in receipt of benefits for a maximum of two evenings a week).
Because we understand that there are occasions when you may need your child to remain at school, casual places can be booked if there is availability for £14 an evening. However, you MUST complete a booking form in advance, so that the play project have all your contact details. Please contact Pene on 07737 406434 as soon as you are aware you may need a casual place. The availability of casual places are dependent of staffing levels and may sometimes not be available at short notice.
