All Saints' Partnership Vision & Statement of Intent

The All Saints' Partnership, comprising St Mary Magdalene & St Stephen's in Westminster, St John's Highbury Vale in Islington, and St Paul's in Hammersmith & Fulham, is committed to providing a nurturing and inspiring environment where every child is empowered to reach their full potential through personalised, inclusive, and innovative learning experiences that prepare them for a rapidly changing world.

Grounded/rooted in our Christian ethos and guided by our values, we strive to create a vibrant and dynamic educational experience that prepares our pupils to lead fulfilling lives and contribute positively to society.

Through our Partnership vision of ‘Excellence and Enjoyment for all’, we aim to provide a holistic education that fosters spiritual growth, academic excellence, and personal development.  Each school is dedicated to being anti-racist institutions by promoting equity & equality, challenging discrimination and celebrating diversity in all its forms.

We believe that Collaboration is the heart of educational excellence.  Combining our strengths and resources to provide innovative educational opportunities and an overall better quality of education for all our pupils. Together, we are stronger!

Together, we are building a future of hope, love, and opportunity for all, where every child can thrive in a world free from prejudice and discrimination.

Our Core Values

  1. Faith and Spirituality: We believe in cultivating a deep sense of faith and spirituality, encouraging our pupils to explore their beliefs and values through a Christian lens. Our schools provide opportunities for prayer, reflection and worship, celebrating the diversity and richness of our Christian traditions. At the same time, we warmly welcome and respect individuals of all faiths and none, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can share and learn from different spiritual and moral perspectives. Through this inclusive approach, we aim to nurture a community of mutual understanding and respect.
  2. Excellence and Achievement: Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our high academic standards and innovative teaching methods. We aim to inspire a love of learning and ensure that every child achieves their full potential, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to succeed in a rapidly changing world.
  3. Community and Partnership: We recognise the importance of strong partnerships with parents, carers and the wider community. Together, we create a supportive network that fosters collaboration, respect and mutual understanding. We are committed to building inclusive communities where every child feels valued and empowered.
  4. Anti-Racism and Equality: As schools rooted in Christian values of love and justice, we are dedicated to being anti-racist institutions. We are committed to promoting equality, challenging discrimination and celebrating diversity in all its forms. Through education and dialogue, we strive to ensure that all pupils feel seen, heard and respected.
  5. Well-being and Enjoyment: We believe that education should be a joyful and fulfilling experience. Our schools prioritise the well-being of our pupils, promoting a balanced approach to education that includes physical, emotional and mental health. We encourage our pupils to discover their passions and develop a lifelong love for learning.
  6. Service and Leadership: Following the example of Christ, we encourage our pupils to serve others and develop leadership skills. Through community service projects and leadership opportunities, we instil a sense of responsibility and compassion, empowering our pupils to make a positive impact in the world.
